- Must be an independent (non-franchise) California-based restaurant or caterer.
- Annual revenue must be less than $3 million, with no more than five locations.
- Must be a commercial customer of PG&E, SoCalGas, or SDG&E.
- Must have been in operation for at least one year.
- Purpose:
- The grant can be used for technology upgrades, equipment upgrades, employee training and retention, and addressing unforeseen hardships.
